Prosperity Life Group needed a new office space to accommodate the growing company. They selected a prominent building on Electric Road for their new Operations Center and Mailroom. Located high above the road, the 419 Office Center provides much-needed square footage allowing them to relocate various departments and services with room for future expansion.

Originally divided to serve three tenants, Prosperity leased the building in its entirety, allowing for an open floorplan with communal spaces centrally located. Meeting rooms, toilet rooms, and other utilitarian functions are in the building’s core for easy access by all employees. Workstations surround the perimeter giving staff direct access to natural light and views from the large windows. A large break room transforms into a workplace café outside traditional lunch and break times and serves employees and leadership visiting from other offices around the U.S. while temporarily on site.
