In search of new office space, IDG found a decommissioned fire station built in 1909. The two-story building came with a great history and features many architectural details.

The exterior is restored to its original 1909 design. New large wood carriage doors and new windows were installed to match the historic style.

Inside, the building takes on a contemporary design. The original brick walls and exposed ceiling reveal the building’s one-hundred-year-old structure and architectural elements. The main floor contains four large offices, a conference room, ADA restroom, large kitchen, reception desk and three workstations. The upper-level houses two large offices, a conference room, a kitchenette, restrooms, storage, and a large open office space.
