IDG helped its client convert an existing hotel into a Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel. The interior was fully renovated with all new finishes for guest rooms and common spaces. The main level features a welcoming front desk and modern lobby, bar, and breakfast buffet area. An always-open market, conference rooms, fitness room, and pool round out the public amenity spaces. The exterior of the building was upgraded with a new entrance canopy and a new exterior paint scheme. IDG worked closely with Marriott’s corporate team to incorporate the required branding finishes and design elements into the existing spaces.
