The relocation of the Member One Retail Center provided an opportunity to repurpose the center and the first floor of an adjacent corporate office building into a state-of-the-art training facility, tripling Member One's training capabilities and providing space to serve the local community through financial learning events and seminars. The new Learning and Development Center (LDC) features four training rooms of various sizes, capacities, and technological equipment, allowing Member One and LDC staff to offer a range of learning environments with associated equipment needs.

The break room provides ample space for the staff at both buildings and community visitors to use simultaneously. A long countertop houses small appliances, storage, and trash and recycling bins with a sink and space for multiple refrigerators and vending. The other half of the break room has dining and lounge seating, allowing the space to double as a working café and collaborative meeting room. The renovation includes larger restrooms and upgrades to the main entrance vestibule and lobby, offices, and gym.
